Using some of our time to recover our health. Sleeping for 8 full hours finally without any alarm. I don’t know if it happens to you too, but if I set up the alarm I will not sleep quietly. Every hour I will wake up saying “oh it’s time to get up! The alarm! The alarm!”.

Or maybe you too felt the same during this quarantine. When you were ready to rest, to relax… Then, you realize that you aren’t tired. You can’t relax and just sleep. Because you were all the time on the sofa, eating, working at the PC, looking outside the window. You didn’t even go outside walking, going to work. Your muscles didn’t work, just your brain. But it isn’t enough to be tired and go to sleep.
